Returns Policy & Warranty
About this Policy
1. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin (at) sparecarparts.com.au. We cannot cancel an order once processing has started and you will be charged for your order.
2. If you wish to return an item, delivery fees are NOT refundable. It is the responsiblity of the buyer to return the item in any way he/she chooses.
3. If the item is damaged, incorrect, inappropriate - the purchase price of the item will be fully refundable. This "purchase price" does not involve return fees which the buyer is responsible for.
4. All parts come with a 3 to 6 month warranty
5. All parts are checked before they leave the car yard to ensure full working order and condition.
